Shipping, Returns & Replacement Policy

At Healthy Habitz Co, many of our products are handcrafted and perishable. Please review our shipping and policy information carefully before placing your order.


Processing & Shipping Times

Orders typically take 2–5 business days to process before shipment.

Once shipped, most orders arrive within:

  • California: 1–2 business days
  • Out-of-state orders: 2–3 business days when expedited (2-day) shipping is selected at checkout

To help ensure product freshness and safe delivery, expedited 2-day shipping is required for all out-of-state orders containing perishable products.

Orders are shipped Monday–Wednesday only via Fedex, USPS or UPS to help avoid packages sitting in transit over weekends.


Tracking Information

All orders are shipped with tracking information so you can monitor your package throughout transit.

Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally occur.


Refunds, Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of our wellness and perishable products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns or exchanges on perishable items.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at: support@healthyhabitzco.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will gladly send a replacement product if applicable.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, we are unable to offer refunds due to the perishable nature of our products.
